Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — The Charge of the Light Brigade

Listed as 133 minutes, which should be uncut, but it's MGM, who released the cut version in America. Anyone seen it and know if it is really uncut?

this DVD is sadly the same as the MGM/BFI release - 125 minutes.
I have a DVD that I created from the original BFI VHS transfer with the additional scenes. These I've intercut with the newer DVD. So altghough there is an obvious drop in quality in parts, at leaset its the longest version available anywhere on DVD.

I should have picked up the BFI video when I had a chance. But there's a new DVD coming out in the UK from optimum next month. No idea if it's the full version or the cut one tho.

The Optimum one is the cut one. Same transfer as the BFI one just a different sleeve.
