I think everyone at some time suffered some type of bullying. Some got it more than others. I don't know how it feels to be bullied non-stop, and now with social media, it has to be unrelenting. But it's not an excuse to kill people.

Oh man, I was so tiny. I had a girl everyday kick shove me on the ground and kicked me. My dad had enough, he taught me how to box. He was Golden GLoves in his state when he was younger. I kicked her ass and never was bothered again. Being bullied is not a reason to shoot up a school. He should have got mental evaluations way before this happened. There were warning signs that parents and teachers ignored.
