IF someone remakes this movie, then the actor that should play Hrundi V. Bakshi is Russell Peters.
He can do the accent perfectly (especially since he is of Indian background), and I think he could play a much better "fish out of water" character than Kal Penn, who has been tagged as the next Hrundi in some boards.
Peters is quite popular in Canada, having had some great comedy concerts on "Comedy Now!"
    Anyone else seen his work?

Russell Peters would be a good choice as his stand up work is extremely funny.

Steve Carell would be my choice.

I would say that Steve Carell would probably be better as the film director, C.S. Divot, or as a new character - one of Divot's air-headed assistant directors.

Fred Armisen, who does Barack Obama on "Saturday Night Live". But it is some of his other characters that lead me to believe he would be perfect. Armisen even has that same kind of odd Peter Sellers quality.
