OK, this is probably going to be an unpopular opinion in such PC times, but here goes
I don't mind. In fact, I really enjoy surprise middle-of-the-night sex, as does my boyfriend when I do it to him. And yes, even if I was asleep after one too many drinks. Some times I have not remembered a thing in the morning, others I feel perfectly conscious. But we have been together for six years, and he knows I am always ready and willing!
However, my mother, who has severely dramatic tendencies and is a lawyer by trade (which says it all) used this as a device of manipulation against my father shortly before their marriage fell apart. One time he made love to her while she was asleep, thinking it would be a nice romantic thing, and she went ballistic, accusing him of marital rape. The next day, she had drafted up a 'contract' for him to sign every time they had sex to prove she had consented. My dad saw that as the beginning of the end, and I find it a cruel, callous and manipulative thing to have done. -

If one is a couple and feeling horny, yet the other is asleep or passed out, I still think a certain element of decorum needs to be involved. Most couples know that sex is one of the main reasons why they are together, but I think it only fair that there is some sense of alertness or consent before engaging in any penetrative activity. If it was a snuggle and feel first, that could arouse and wake up the other party and then they decide consciously\mutually on what is going to happen. I think it is taking the other person for granted by taken advantage of them like Guy\or the devil, did to Rosemary. He was fortunate that his wife Rosemary was the person she was. I guess in her naivety, she may have thought that was what a good wife was supposed to be.
Don't eat the whole ones! Those are for the guests. -

Watching now, but I've seen the film a few times.
To answer your question, I'd be pissed off. My ex husband did that once after some drinks the night before.
I woke and immediately slapped him..hard.
It seemed so creepy as I was asleep and unresponsive. I can see a little this and a little that.
In all fairness, he's a good guy (friends still) and was horrified at my response.. -

Guy would be served with divorce papers while filming his new Yamaha commercial lol.
No more "He was in Luther and Nobody Loves An Albatross and he does a lot television and commercials". That's for sure
Grounds would be Rape/Necrophilia/Being a Prick.
After the baby was born and I found out the real truth? I'd make him pay a huge child support payment. The Devils child can't be on food stamps now?
Then finally be a bitter woman for the rest of my life while living in that beautiful apartment and trying to teach the kid to be good.
As for Minnie and Roman? Poison in their Vodka Blushes. Just before Minnie croaked I'd insult her cooking.
And one by one that coven of Medicare receivers would be taken care of by some hired dude paid for by Guy and hawking the Castevettes furniture.
If Laura Louise were to ask "They are in New Brovnick".
As for Guy? I'd go to all his plays and heckle the crap out of him while demanding more money.
Possibly even become his manager and take 90% of salary. He could live at the YMCA.
Hopefully the kid would turn out okay and bam. Bring on 1970.
Then most likely I'd become all Margaret White style and obsess about the devil. He's obviously going to show eventually.
If so apologize to Andy and hit him over the head with a candle stick during a game of Scrabble.
When Satan showed I'd say "I have no idea what you're talking about."
If no choice then I'd take a leap of faith out the window and have a blind date with the sidewalk.
But not before telling Satan to take Guy as well.
