I saw a video where people went to steal a package and when they picked it up it made a sound like a gunshot and they took off

I dunno man.
It's not like those reps are going to be million dollar payouts or even something monthly, is it?
There are some that are just born bad and will be criminals and no amount of money can fix that.
Anyway, Indians need to be part of the reps convo. and should get them first.
At least those tribes that do not benefit from casinos.
