No, no joke. He was genuine friends with Fisher, and he had said on Twitter, that when they were both 35 years younger or whatever, she was the hottest thing ever, and when he got to know her, it turned out she had brains and something else on top of her good looks. And everyone was lambasting him for saying her brains were secondary to her beauty, even though that's not what he meant, and there was such an uproar, he was forced to take it down. They've been friends for years. Ridiculous.
RIP Gene Wilder. RIP Robert Vaughn. RIP Carrie Fisher. RIP William Christopher. 2016 is the worst! -

People complain about everything. But what bugs me is the over-reaction that occurs when someone whines about something. All it takes is two complaints and the powers that be treat it as though half the country was doing it.

I don't like that everything is acceptable nowadays without any questioning. Transgendered, gays. Everything is just accepted now. Anthony Perkins, Raymond Burr, Rock Hudson, etc, were all gay, or bi at least, but you never knew until after they died. At least it wasn't over tv every minute. There was privacy and decorum back then. That's how it should be. Not all out in the open and accepted by the masses.
