Not rooming houses. I was shown one in April, but it was a pig sty. My brother knows the guy who moved into the closet-sized room I was shown there and it's over-run with bed bugs.

COMPLETELY opposite stuff. We'd need a three bedroom apartment and they got such a good deal on theirs (one of the first tenants after it was built) they're not about to move out.
