For real, the media is telling you this stuff is real.
If that did not exist you would be interacting with individuals of different types and not likely to be aware of the stuff you listed. In most cases, the average person is thinking about themselves and not what you're doing.
Most people want to go home and chill, not oppress races or harm anyone.
I stopped watching the news and don't listen to people telling me about reality and instead I go out and see reality myself.

The media doesn't have to tell me anything. I live and breath this bullshit USA my entire life. I've never resided elsewhere.

Most humans are like little bugs that run in circles.
You probably encounter a handful of people per week and do not leave a small area most of the year.
Thus, you aren't encountering all of life's problems or all of the types of people even in your local area.

No, I'm actually around a lot of tourist. Intra-state, out- of- state and international. I'm usually forced to make contact with these "hubs" built for tourism.
I just don't want to do this anymore. I need a break from the USA.

Well, I work in social services and I do know what you mean.
However, you can't let petty weirdness get you down.
I now work with abused and abandoned kids from black/white/hispanic areas and you should hear the stories I have to deal with. They can really be shocking and weird. They can make you hate people.
However, I try to stay positive and help the kids etc and understand that some people are crazy.
I also like to paint and stopped doing that decades ago. But, I started again so that I'm doing something positive and creative. When I was younger I wanted to sell paintings but there was no way to do it. Now there's the internet and plenty of people do, so now I can follow a dream that has nothing to do with negativity.
Maybe you should get into a hobby that takes you away from attitudes and weirdness.

              😁
Yeah working in social services can be emotionally draining. Sometimes I feel like I'm a social worker. I tend to attract damaged human beings. Sometimes when they tell me things, I feel like I have to locate social services for them or make suggestions to help them solve their problems. But when it comes to me, they don't ever really have my back. When a solution does work, there's always some idiot that ruins it for me. The normal people regard me as a weirdo. That's how ****ing ignorant most American citizens are. That's why I sometimes stand out as the oddball. It's ridiculous isn't it?
I had hobbies. Normal hobbies. Like shopping, I used to take walks before creepy stalkers used it to make contact with me or walking trails turned into hook-up areas. There's no good clean fun anymore.
I used to read, but everything placed around me for reading are now all about coming out of the closet, politics, therapeutic animals, weight loss gyms. But I'm part of the oppressed ethnicities therefore little all that effort does for me. I generally get to these commercial venues, and it is taken over by bigot Asians or Indian Pakistani or second generation wealthy black people who act like a walking stereotype.

Hobbies like shopping are more like addictions because they never end and there is no end product.
For instance, if you made pies, the pie is done, someone tastes it, they like it, goal achieved. But, shopping is like being on a treadmill.
I used to love reading and then my favorite author died from cancer and I got away from it. He would always publish books right around my birthday, so that was great.
ALso, many books I like went "woke" like all at once and I was like, what? I stopped read and now just read factual or work stuff.
I love the gym and art.
They aren't about anything except what I want and no one can influence me at either activity. If you have a stressful job, you need to do something that has nothing to do with opinions, whatever that is for you.

                  Uh wut? A home.
                  A car.
                  Furniture.
                  Appliances.
                  Clothes
                  Decor
                  Food

I knew someone personally that sold their homemade pies they made at home. I also used to patron a farmer's market. It was family owned. One of the owners made pies and sold them right there at the market they built on the property.
I used to love reading and then my favorite author died from cancer and I got away from it. He would always publish books right around my birthday, so that was great.

                  Fascinating! Talk about it.

I'm starting to miss NYC now. They have plans to fully re- open the entire city. Museums close by. Gyms on almost every block and yoga studios.
Parks that have hiking trials or bike trails..

I used to live on 31st up from Penn Station, NYC is the best.
                    There's plenty to do.
I got the pie example from a friend of mine. She wants to open a business and I have been looking at wholesalers for her. She told me about a woman selling cookies on the subway and always selling out.
A person who makes cookies is very lucky in many ways. So, such a hobby could be excellent.
Also, years ago, I did some super kitchen stuff. It was ****ing bizarre due to the people, but it was mindless food and so forth, pulse a positive activity.

There's always something to do in the State of New York. Not just the big city. I hardly got to do most of it.
I used to live on 31st up from Penn Station, NYC is the best.
Yeah I've been in area before. It's alright. Meh

I was born in the USA inside a hospital operated by the most illiterate staff. That's all I'll say.
