Only 2 mi. I’m into heavy powerlifting and the two are very hard to do together since you need to recover from both. I’m eating 3k calories a day as it is doing what I’m doing now
I used to be really into distance running and would do the 15-20mi king runs but that was like 10 years back

I used to do quarter marathons back in the day but it was murder on my Achilles’ heel. Since I didn’t need surgery (yet), I just walk for miles instead.
