      I'm sure it would cost a fortune today. But I agree with you.I loved the cozy, bohemian style and the sky-light.

        I had an apartment on the Lower East side in the 70's about like that and it was $135 a month rent.

          Amazing how times change! Used to be that the people working in those office buildings could also afford to live in the city. Not anymore.
          That same apartment you paid $135 a month for in the 70's would probably sell for $1.35 million today!
