Where is the MQoS 2009 board?

Ive searched around and it appears that the production has been scrapped. At best the proposed production has been cancelled but the script liable to be picked up by another studio. Unfortunately it appears that we will not have a film on Mary in the immediate future.

Thank God, if that means Scarlett Johansson won't be in it. Let's hope that next time they make an attempt to tell this wonderful part of history, they don't screw it up by casting someone like her. They need someone who in my opinion is:
(1) Preferably unknown (but this is unlikely)
(2) French (or at least Scottish)
(3) Tall enough for the part (close to 6 feet would be accurate)
(4) And of course young and pretty enough to portray her correctly -

Hello Ruby and Little Miss Sunnydale I would have liked to have seen another actress play Mary unfortunately since they have been talking about making a Mary film for years I would settle for any actress!! I did read in an Irish film that she was filming MQoS in Ireland in an article dated 1 January, the thing is there is absolutely no other information on the internet and I have spent hours trawling the saddo that I am!
