Always having him and Patty Duke on together just reinforces how much more he looks like the father of Sean Astin than any of the other name contenders.

Sean and Mackenzie look just like Patty but nothing like John Astin so you maybe correct.

Sean's biological father was a guy named Michael Tell.
If you look at photos of him, you wonder why there was ever any doubt as to who Sean's father was.
