    What on earth is this 'trouble'?

        If I recall he has something of a weak bladder, Betty and himself says on occasion how he needs to pee when he gets nervous, so perhaps that's it? I recall a scene where he won't er go to bed with Betty because he's worrying perhaps impotence brought on my nerves? Given the lighthearted nature of the show though I'm expecting the first would be the more likely of those two.
