Your best bet would probably be either: Movie places (Rogers, Blockbuster, Jumbo, etc) and just look at their used movies. But, I got mine off the Chapters website, www.chapters.indigo.ca (not sure of the American or European site, if they exist). I paid $20 CDN, and, not quite just to get free shipping, I snagged a copy of Zombi, the ultra-rare (to me, at least) European cut of Dawn of the Dead.

I just got The Crazies in the mail today. I ordered it from a place called Nina's Discount Oldies for $16.95. There web site is www. oldies.com, check em' out. they have tons of older movies for dirt cheap. and you dont need a credit card to order from them.

I found a copy at Best Buy, but decided against it mainly cause I didn't have enough cash to get what I was after and the DVD. Try looking there, if you have one near you.

As a matter of interest, (speaking as a UK citizen) I saw the film once, on British TV as long ago as 1981. It hasn't been shown again on any terrestrial British TV station since then! (although it might have been while I was on holidays abroad.)
