I actually found the Crazies to be a pretty unsettling film to watch compared to most horror films. Especially the scene with the old lady and her knitting needles, did anyone else find it difficult to watch at some parts?

I knew nothing good was going to come from that woman knitting! I didn't have a problem watching, but in general I find films like this, where the plots are quite plausible, to be more disturbing than many typical horror films.
Tho it is dark . . . know our flag . . . is still there.
ABC = Already Been Canceled.

Yeah I certainly thought that the Original was alot more tense, the people have no idea what's going on, the soldiers mostly have no idea and such leads to catastrophe.
