There are a couple of sellers who sell dubbed copies on ebay. They were taped off TBS, not sure when, and still have snippets of commercials in them. Not bad quality but I must caution you, if it has been 30+ years since you've seen this movie (as it was for me) it likely is not as you remember it. I had a hard time sitting through it when I got my copy. Since the ones on ebay are copies, don't go crazy with the bidding as the seller keeps making more.
Cheers. -

amazing! didn't know anyone else out there remembers this movie. I doand i think i saw itonce all the way through, and partially the rest of itthere were just certain lines in the movie i remember well. When the two characters meet..she says something likeall i want is peace and quiet..and he saysuh waiter, can we have a little peace and quiet on rye..or something like thatbut just other things and i remember the john denver songs and the wedding when he sang lady,,it was beautiful. Wish there were some decent copies of it somewherebut tv movies seem to be the hardest to find. .jojo

boy, I can't believe that there are so many of you who remember this film. It's funny, I saw it once only when I was around 17 or 18 in the 70s. It moved me so much that I still remember it now so many years later. I particularly remember the song "Sunshine" really clearly - the lyrics, the guitar, everything! In fact I find myself singing it to my children in the last couple months, which prompted me to look up on more information about the film. But I'd forgotten about the song "Lady" until I just read the last post. Now I'm off to find the lyrics and chords to that!
thanks for that gem of a memory! -

Actually 'My Sweet Lady' was sung in the club, at the goups first gig there. Nora was watching Jill, and when Sam and Kate got home, the recorder and tapes were stolen. That was such a beautiful scene, singing the song to Kate, probably my favorite in the movie!

I too am looking for this movie. I haven't seen it in years but remember it so well. It really touched me even tho I was young. It had funy parts and sad parts. Iam really determined to find this movie to buy if it's out there. It's gotta be somewhere. But in the meantime, if anyone finds out where we can get it, let me know and I'll do the same!

Hi!
The movie was originaly produced by Univeral Studios. I have a link that you can click on that took me forever to find, and wrote them a letter about releasing this movie. Maybe you and anyone else who would like to, can do the same for the movie and the series as well. If enough of us write tham, I'm sure they will hear us and put these on video so that we can actually get and enjoy them.
Try this link: http://www.universalstudios.com/homepage/html/contact_us/contact_form.cgi?email_id=11 (or address if it doesn't show up as a link.) This is a start anyways!
I hope this helps! -

I've read all of the suggestions on where to find this film but I kept reaading that the quality is poor and I truly don't want to waste my money.
Does anyone have this film and the quality is good? I am very interested yet I know the film is rather old and will not be perfect.
Thanks!
Peace.

I just purchased this on DVD from this web site:
http://www.jdvds1994.com/sudvd19mowch.html
It was $19.99 plus shipping for both movies (Sunshine and Sunshine Christmas).
Phew really had to scour the internet to find it!!
Enjoy!
