Nothing beats a good revenge movie! I agree with those above and will add several others, in no particular order are:
        V For Vendetta
        Braveheart
        Gladiator
        Gangs of New York
        Death Wish series
        The Punisher
        The Brave One
        Unforgiven
        Kill Bill I and II
        Cape Fear
        Carrie
        Man on Fire
        High Plains Drifter
        The Road to Perdition
        Django Unchained
        Straw Dogs
        Mad Max
        True Grit
        Oldboy
        Leon: The Professional
        Payback
..and then there are movies where revenge is a lesser element in the larger context of the plot, The Untouchables is a good example of this.
Oh and of course Walking Tall

Rolling Thunder should be in there somewhere.
And if you haven't seen Blue Ruin, that's definitely worth a look.
