Lee Majors wife at the time of the series was blonde bombshell Farrah Fawcett, famed from Charlie's Angels and Logan's Run, to name a few.
Farrah starred in four SMDM episodes:
Season 1 Episode 8 "Rescue of Athena"
Season 2 Episode 11 "Peeping Blonde"
Season 3 Episode 19 "Golden Pharaoh"
Season 4 Episode 2 "Nightmare in the Sky".

I just watched the Rescue ep from season 1. She wore a very conservative hairstyle and clothing until the final scene. She comes out in all pink with her trademark feathered/teased Charlie's Angels hair. 2 years before Chuck's Chicks and she looked hotter than the Texas sun.
