I've always wondered about Cicci saying this when Fredo says/asks about Clemenza having died of a heart attack. Is he saying Clemenza was the subject of a mob hit or something?

I think he meant that The Rosato brothers killed him by "acting up" and causing trouble. Obviously Cicci disliked the Rosatos since he was loyal to Frankie so he was gonna blame them for clemenzas death anyway.
