Jesus zoolander, really?I do like be stiller but that is terrible, doenst
even compare to holy grail.
Zoolander is funny, it isn't no Holy Grail, but it's good. And you're going to call out Zoolander, but say nothing about Black Dynamite: the movie that only made for a good fake trailer? -

I'll put in a word for American satire - Drop Dead Gorgeous written by Simpsons writer Lona Williams which flies over an awful lot of heads.
And Night at The Opera, whose slapstick has never been topped, even by the Pythons. -

To Be or Not To Be (the original version).
Night of the Hunter was a pretty good satire too.
I tried a couple of Marx Bros recently but couldn't find what I'd thought so funny when I were a lad. Pity that.
Marlon, Claudia and Dimby the cats 1989-2005, 2007 and 2010. -

Drop Dead Gorgeous is hilarious! When I saw that at a theater, I had no idea what to expect. Actually, seeing it was a last minute decision because the film I wanted to see had already started like 10 or 15 minutes earlier. This is one hilarious movie - my belly hurt from laughing so hard!

Line for line, Holy Grail has got to be the funniest movie. Very clever and refreshingly original humor in almost every piece of dialogue.
The closest contenders after Holy Grail IMO:- Blazing Saddles
- The Big Lebowski
- Raising Arizona
- Dumb and Dumber
- Hot Fuzz
- Shaun of the Dead
- The Princess Bride
- Team America: World Police
@OP shame on you for comparing Borat and Hangover to Holy Grail. Neither of those has any lasting appeal, the humor is mostly situational shock value (often more offensive than directly funny) and after one or two watches (if that) they become very stale. Holy Grail, if anything, gets stronger with more watches. Very few movies have that quality of humor/writing. I think all of the movies I listed above share that quality though.
