I keep reading about how popular the show was but, if that was so, why did the show go off after only 2 years? Did have something to do with Shazam?
Also, why did the Asian actress on the show leave? Or was she replaced? Something like that totally changes the vibe of a show and I felt she added just the right "gee whiz" factor to the show.
Jamie Lee Curtis survived Halloween, the Fog, Prom Night and a Terror Train & now she can't poop! -

They didn't even explain it to Joanna Pang. In the DVD extras she states she called them to find out about the second season, was informed she was no longer part of the cast.
Love the image.

However, I can say the last two episodes of Isis were terrible, they were about some kids with special powers or something, this seemed to spell the end of QUALITY Isis
Those two episodes were a back-door pilot for an unsold FILMATION series -

Saturday morning shows like
Isis
back in the '60's and '70's only lasted for two years anyway, whether they were animated or live-action (one show,
The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show
, only lasted one season of only 15 episodes, yet was rerun until late 1976)-I highly doubt it had anything to do with stunt people problems. I's only recently with the rise of channels like Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney XD, etc. that 'Saturday morning' shows like
Isis
last for longer than two seasons.
