      There wasn't a narrator. Are you referring to the voiceover in the opening title sequences? That's none other than Lou Scheimer himself, the prolific executive producer of many shows at Filmation, including these. Sort of like how executive producer William Dozier did the narration on the 1966 Batman show. Scheimer passed away just last year. Look him up on this site to see his impressive career, not just as a producer, but also as a voice actor.

        Well, prolific, anyway. He did a lot of incidental voices in Filmation cartoons (mostly so he didn't have to pay real actors), but quite often with rather flat delivery. He was a bit livelier, if not more annoying (to me, anyway) as Orko, on He-Man. He had used the same voice previously for MO, on Space Sentinels, about 10 years before.
        Fortunately, Ah keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency!
