George vs Archie.

Who was more mean spirited. George or Archie.
Its hard to say which one was more harsh. Feel like George to me. I could see Archie irritated by his family, but George really was not around family that were off if you know what I mean. -

They both were bigoted during the start of their respected shows, but as their shows moved on, their character traits were toned down. Although, I think George's seemed to of been toned down more than Archie's as the series shifted from being from topical tone to more of a light hearted tone
