I like Trump twitting. It shows he's a real human and not poll-tested and focus group-tested front man. Besides, he's right. SNL just looks vicious with Alec Baldwin's portrayal of Trump.

I kinda agree. Trump may put his foot in his mouth every once in a while, but at least his tweets are genuine. Compare that to Hillary's tweets, which were written by a team of people and had to be group thought and team tested before her campaign hit the send button.

no, it shows he's think skinned and focuses on the trivial.

and, you think Gerald Ford was a klutz who couldn't walk down a single flight of stairs without falling? Or Carter was a huge smiling bumbling idiot? Or Clinton was a pot smoking sax playeretc..etc
Since the show started they have been making fun of presidents regularly..

I've watched SNL since the beginning. The difference was, Carter was not portrayed as a bumbling idiot, he was shown as a smiling genius and Clinton being a pot smoking sax player wasn't seen as a negative.

Smiling geniuses will walk into a melting down nuclear reactor, knowing they are safe because they have their yellow boots on?

seriously? They made Carter look like a genius.

Yes there was skit where people called in and he helped the callers solve a number of problems including how to come down from a bad acid trip.
                  Found it.

They do seem to be still doing it just to annoy him. I think they should only do it if they think of something funny

It's weird that this will be a weekly scandal.
SNL will mock Trump for four-eight years. Doesn't matter if he responds. As long as Trump brings the crazy to the table.
