Uh, yes, he DID. Pick up a newspaper.
The IRS targeting conservative groups (Obama claimed there wasn't a "smidgen" of truth). Obama lying about Obamacare (If you like your doctor), Jonathan Gruber saying American voters were too stupid to know the plan was a scam and rates would go up as they are doing now right on scheduled (as O is about to leave office). Benghazi-gate when Obama tried to blame a terrorist attack on 9/11 of all days on an obscure, rarely seen YouTube video, then lied about it.
Killary's email scandal, which Obama claimed to only heard about on the news (even though WikiLeaks released emails showing O was sending/receiving emails from Killary on her unsecured server). -

Obama is a pretty decent guy, regardless of how you feel about his politics. Its hard to write jokes with that in the white house.
Bush is a decent guy, regardless of how you feel about his politics, and they were relentless with him. -

But Bush started one of the longest, most pointless, and most disastrous wars in our nation's history for literally no reason.
On top of that, he could barely speak at a third grade level.
As far as comedy goes, the Bush years were like shooting fish in a barrel. -

Incorrect. Osama Bin Laden started that war.
And I couldn't care less how well some speaks in public. I have a bachelor's degree and a JD and I don't speak well in front of an audience either.
Obama's single achievement is one of the main reasons his party lost 3 of the last 4 elections, and it is about to be repealed. There is plenty of comedy there, but these true believers didn't want to insult their god.
