It's easy to fix that:
Make your poll closed so only logged in accounts can vote:

Or make it restricted so only logged in accounts with 25+ posts can vote:

I always close or restrict my polls. Otherwise Hungry or some other no-life ne'er-do-well votes 25 times. It just makes it harder to rig them.
