I'm older than you ΠΠΎΠ»ΠΎΡoΠΉ and have seen the entire series of
One Step Beyond (1959-1961)
. It was similar to
Twilight Zone (1959-1964)
and actually had some true stories. The one about the church boiler that exploded the night no one could make it to choir practice is the most memorable for me. I thought it was better than TZ and had eerier music.

- Star Trek
- The Twilight Zone
- X-Files
- Six Million Dollar Man
- Kolchak the Night Stalker
- Battlestar Galactica
I've watched season one of Mission Impossible and a handful of Outer Limits episodes.
Looking over the list of tv shows from the 50s to the 90s, I haven't watched many at all.
I am currently watching Combat!, halfway through season 3, which right now I would rank just below The Twilight Zone.
I am also watching the original Magnum PI, well into season 5, which I would rank just below X-Files.
Or Spenser for Hire, a very good 'private cop' show I would rank about the same as Magnum PI.

I am currently watching
Combat!

I havenβt seen that show since I was a kid. Ironic the way that Vic Morrow would later die in a combat related scene, in of all things, The Twilight Zone film.

I picked up the first season of Combat! on dvd. Impulse buy, based on the very positive customer reviews on Amazon. Loved it and decided to get the rest of the series, each season around $20-25. I just finished S3 E15. One of the best series I've seen, of any genre, at least so far.
I've watched the first three seasons of Hogan's Heroes and I do plan to watch the rest at some point, also on dvd.
I have seen the excellent Gregory Peck movie 12 O'Clock movie but not the tv series. But it is available on Amazon Prime, all three seasons, and I do plan to watch that, too.
Rat Patrol is another series that has come up frequently on Amazon. It's very inexpensive, only about $15, so I might get that but I do see it's available on streaming, too. Might try that first and see how I like it. -

This was a tough choice. I also like
Hill Street Blues, Mission Impossible, Star Trek
and
The Outer Limits.
