I think a lot of these shows that are currently airing and are listed here have a pretty good audience ratings share. Sometimes I think that half the people on the internet are auditioning to be part of the Goth kids on South Park. Just because something is mainstream and popular, like the CSIs and NCISs and House, does not mean it is bad. Many millions of viewers enjoy those shows. I don't care for them, but my taste runs more towards sci fi. I think it is unfair to list them with the likes of The Hills and Jersey Shore.
I think all reality television should be moved to a few independent reality only networks so people can avoid that type of programming, it is like staring at car wrecks to gawk at maladaptive attention seeking people and dysfunctional families, it shouldn't be encouraged. -

there's one I watched a couple episodes of, and realized, "This is complete beep Seriously, it has no redeeming value whatsoever."
Bones.
I mean, in the second episode, they arrest an undercover agent, then immediately release him to keep the targets from being suspicious. Wouldn't the targets be MORE suspicious of the new guy being arrested, then promptly released than had he been detained long enough for questioning? That was just the icing on the cake, and I turned it off right there.
I was actually shocked to see they are still making that crap.
