I'd like to find an early 2000s movie, possibly Swedish or German, about a teenager, who calls himself Siddhartha, after Hermann Hesse's novel. His parents are rich, but they are preoccupied with themselves and don't pay much attention to him. First they are planning a divorce and separate, then get back together again. He reads books, calls himself an anarchist (I think he was planning to blow his school up), he is taken to the police at one point. His mother gives birth to a baby girl, and he begins to take care of her. In the end of the movie they celebrate New Year in a pool in a house they rented, and he sits in his room and reads.
Upd: it is actually Italian. "L'albero delle pere" (1998)

Is it a drama or a comedy? I found a Swedish film called "Together" from 2002 but no reference to a character calling himself Siddhartha.
[I've got Hesse's book around here somewhere, one of many books I never got around to reading.]

Then you might try lists of films dealing with anarchism. So far I haven't found a match and I can't spare any more time on it. If no one replies after about twelve hours bump the thread to the top.
