Either the credits is playing a joke, got mixed up, he didn't want the credit or IMDb has it right or wrong.
I found this in the trivia section..
Dana Plato played Hans Von Drummond.
Anna Van Drummond is played by Conrad Bains' twin brother Bonair.
Was Dana on screen in both roles at the same time?
If so then that could deepen the mystery for the Bains bros.

Maybe I'm reaching, but perhaps Bonar didn't want to perpetuate the stigma of men wearing dresses for a role. Only the black demographic seems to be ridiculed for that, such as Tyler Perry, as opposed to Dustin Hoffman in "Tootsie." Thus, my possible misconception that Bonar wanted Conrad to take credit for Anna. But you never know.
Dana was on screen as Hans at the same time. I believe they showed all "four" of them in one shot (Mr. Drummond, Kimberly, Anna, Hans) while of course just facing each other instead of any physical contact. -

You raise a good point about IMDb, because now I wonder if the producers didn’t want anyone to know that cousin Anna was played by Conrad’s twin brother. Thus, crediting Bonar as Conrad.
I base this on the series “Full House” in which the producers didn’t want anyone to know that Michelle was played by twins. Thus, being billed as “Mary Kate Ashley Olsen”
until the final season when they changed it to “Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen.” I guess after the Olsen twins started building their empire, the producers figured the secret was out and they might as well bill them with an “and” instead of trying to play it off like it’s one actress with four names on her birth certificate.

According to the episode of "Married With Children" where Al Bundy's boss at his fast-food side job was Pauly Shore, I believe "boner" also means a mistake.
Pauly: Bundy, you pulled another burger boner.
