Apparently Ken Follett wrote a novelization of this fim. My question is it any good.

There are actually two novelizations of the film. The Follett/Ross one and also one by Ron Goulart. The Follett/Ross one is based on an earlier draft of the screenplay and varies more from the film whereas the Goulart one follows more closely the actually final version and film version. The Follett/Ross one gives a postscript of what happens afterwards to the principles that isn't in Goulart's which like the film ends with the memorial service and the conspiracy being blown by the arrival of Brubaker and Caulfield.
