Some believe Michael was never cured because of Loomis' hatred of him as a young boy.
    Interesting conclusion, must say.

That's silly. Loomis didn't hate him, didn't even know him. He spent 6 hours a day with him for 6 months and 15 years of his life with him. You don't do that if you hate him or don't want him to get better. Loomis spent 8 years trying to reach him and another 7 trying to keep him locked up. His own words. So it's pretty clear there was no hate, only fear. Justified fear.

Who came up with that theory?

                Interesting conclusion, must say.
It's not a conclusion. It's a suggestion. One which ignores Loomis describing how he spent years trying to reach the seemingly catatonic boy without success and invents motivations for the doctor for that period that are neither expressed or indicated in the film.
That's like me saying it's an interesting conclusion that Michael wears a white mask because Loomis took him to Kabuki theatre performances to punish him as a boy.

                    Extremely, Jedi. I'd say farcical.
