This movie should be like a 4.2 at most. The kills suck, the characters are boring, the dialogue is cringe, and the music is overused and becomes annoying after a while.
Pick almost any slasher movie from 1981 and it’s easily better than Halloween.

Yeah Halloween 2 is a huge improvement, but it’s on the same level as the ones above.
