Didn't think she was small breasted to be honest, average i'd have said. Yeah she was sobbing because he was a broken down shell of a man who had transformed so completely that he barely spoke his own language anymore. BTW: Both scenes made me laugh out loud in the theatre when I first saw the movie when I was very young. And now, very old, they still do. And in exactly the same way for exactly the same reasons.

I always though that scene was just some sexist bull**** when I first saw the film on cable back in the '80'sI thought the filmmakers just wanted to use any excuse to show some naked breasts, that's all. Really unnecessary,and overwrought to begin with.
