The Ending Scene with the Death of the Warden

I don't buy that part of the story at all. The movie took a big detour in that scene. I feel the real story was Billy getting buttslammed up and down the hallway and the warden passively letting him escape afterwards, either from indifference, or while passed out after the act. That wouldn't make a good movie ending, so they pasted this fiction on instead.
Sorry Billy, I believe he gave you a poke in the brown eye. -

That's why he was taking his pants off. He could've also been doing that to make Billy suck his penis, which probably was the size of a raisin. I guess he just hated Billy because he was an American. And I think he was just the torturer, not the warden.

This is what I think the warden said:
I didn't fall for that for one minute. William Hayes, you've been here too long william Hayes! I beep your mother, your father. Whap! And NOW I'm beep you William Hayes! -

As everyone else has replied, yes.
Something to consider, though: it was heavily implied the warden had been doing that all along. Think back to the first night in prison, when he gets the blanket. When the warden punishes him, the final scene is him hoisting and spreading Billy's legs, then stepping up between them with a lecherous grin on his face.
I see your lovely beans, and in that magic go-kart I bite your neck.
