      But that can't be right. Oprah didn't come around until the 80's.

        Actually she had a career before she was famous. This was made in '77 so it's possible. Maybe she had a reputation in a smaller market first.

          If you turn on the subtitles he says: "I wouldn't send Hooper to see that woman." Referencing the character in the film played by Richard Masur.
