This is a bit hard to describe on a message board, but the last line of music in the opening theme appears to have been used by others. Weird Al Yankovic uses these notes at the end of his polka medlies, and I have heard it used elsewhere. Anyone know if this show used it first? Or was is around before?

It was around before. It has no name or ownership but was invented as a closeout to songs, just like it is used here.
