Does anyone know the title of the instrumental playing at the end of the movie? I think it has been used in other movies as well.

It's called The Theme from THE CHAMP. It was composed by Dave Grusin and some of the music is on his recordeings (Cinemagic).

During the 1990s, balladeer Kenny Rankin provided lyrics to that score. It's "What Matters Most." I still prefer the instrumental version.
