    A gang of… mimes?
Another one dressed up like baseball players wearing costumes with pin stripes.
A redneck southern hillbilly inspired one with bib overalls.
And then you have a bunch of black guys who sarcastically respond with a cry of, "Yeah, right!" all at the same time.
All these different and ridiculous gangs all agree to meet to hear the leader of one calling for unity which was a joke as well.
It is a nice idea but a lame plot device just to get him assassinated where if he was at his place alone or walking down the street would have worked instead.
I cannot help but laugh at this movie which is so bad it is funny!

The mimes and the baseball gangs were way over the top yeah, but gangs back then did wear some strange stuff at times. Civil war era style caps for example.
I read somewhere that the real gangs they used as extras were stealing the prop costumes because they liked them better than their own real gang outfits and colours.

        LOL
That is so funny and it figures if true!
Of course H.Wood wardrobe is going to make fabulous clothes for them so it should be expected for criminals to act like…um… criminals!

I didn't really care what the different gangs wore… so long as they came out and played!

              You are right DJ.
This movie went way over the top into the land of Being Ridiculous.
