Nell appeared in Don Wilsons "Future Kick" during a "this is why the world is screwed up" prologues. Stock footage is lame.

So that's how they avoided copyright? Same producers? They should have linked it with a little creative writing and reused a character or two and made them sequels somehow. Then it would have worked better.

Yup, evidently Space Raiders isn't the only film they used BBTS stock footage in because the BBTS ship also appears in "Prison Ship Star Slammer" (1988), an absolutely terrible film, think "Prisoner: Cell Block H" in space

Take a look again guys. Any true science fiction movie fan will tell you at least 8 familiar ships/scenes in there 😉

Scenes from this were also used in Ultra Warrior, which was a veritable cornucopia of stock footage. Seriously. I think there was more stock footage than new content.

                    Recycled material
The spaceship used in the movie was recycled for another science-fiction movie blasted by critics, the Roger Corman film Space Raiders.Footage from the movie was used in later movies and games: a clip from the movie (in 3-D) is shown during the movie theater fight scene at the end of Bachelor Party, and footage was also used for the laser disk game Astron Belt. The soundtrack was later recycled by Corman for Raptor and other movies.

I remember playing the Astron Belt Laser Disc Coin-op video game, Galaxy Ranger, Firefox and MACH 3 too. They were fun for a while but the laser disc games were just a short fad mainly due to being problematic to maintain and they didn't do great business compared to regular Coin-op video games.

The spaceship footage from this movie has been used in a
                        LOT
                        of other films.
