If your recent emotional outbursts haven't helped you with that, I'm not sure another meltdown will make much difference.
Perhaps the sustained abuse you're getting here is exacerbating the issue? My advice would be to take a break for a few days. Get yourself some sunlight and breathe air that hasn't been previously filtered by your vitamin D deficient body and expelled through your bed-sore covered, unwiped, decrepit ass.
You'll feel a lot better, I'm sure. Especially considering you'll need assistance to exit the property and move around outside, and it's that real-life human interaction that will offer the most healing. -

I'm aware of any abuse intended for me around here let alone "sustained abuse". I think perhaps people are perceiving things as they want to rather than how they are
