Nuclear Man was by far the coolest villain in the Superman movies. He's probably one of the most underrated comic book movie villains of all time, plus he's voiced by Gene Hackman haha. He'd freakin own Zod and his two retarded sidekicks.

Don't his nails weaken and start removing Kryptonian powers on Earth? It'd be a tough call for sure.
Physically, he looks like he can take out Zod (who didn't look like much of a fighter) and Ursa, but Non and Nuclear Man might've destroyed a whole city! And both are just brute force/strength, would make an EPIC fight.
In the end, Nuclear Man succumbs to the power of 3.
