The name may not have been there when you posted this, but it lists Andrea Agur as Mrs. Stouffer. She doesn't have an IMDB page, though.

Sarah is credited as playing the modern day mom in the commercial.
Scroll down the ispot.tv page for that commercial, to the comments section, where Andrea left a post as Andrea Agur Guillemet.
