I agree. She was her breasts were larger and jigglier than I could have imagined and her hips, thighs, and tummy are so perfectly curvy in the right way.
It would have been interesting to see her with her rear sticking out and her breasts hanging down. We kind of got that in the last shot was shown in when her breasts were hanging downwards a bit. They looked even softer, smoother, and lighter.

There was more to the scene that made it longer. The actress that played the rape victim said they shot the worm on top of her doing a lot of thrust action so there would be no confusion on what the worm was doing to her. And the scene was going to be about two minutes long. And she was also going to have her hands and feet eaten off.
But that didn't happen. And the humping action was fell on the editing room floor. So sad. -

According to the editors of the film, there were only a few snippets of cuts made to the scene to avoid an X-rating.
While the initial script did have her being eaten, I've never heard the part about her hands and feet specifically being eaten either.
