You're naturally pretty, that photo of you as a brunette is really cute.
I think just a natural base, a touch of blusher, maybe a sweep of a natural brown on your eyelid. I find brown looks great with blue eyes btw.
If you've already got good lashes you don't need mascara, or not much at any rate and unless you've got a really steady hand forget the wings lol
What I mean is something like this, you could easily do it, and it looks great. -
