I can't give the "perfect" title to a bunch of silicon. But then, I hate fake boobs, obviously many men don't or they wouldn't be all over the place.
I had watched this as a kid and those boobs probably were the thrill of my life, but at the time what did I know about tits? Seeing it as an adult and having to face the ugly realization that those were doctored was such a disappointment. -

I'm a believer in "Equal Opportunity Breasts". By that, I mean that it never even dawns on me to "discriminate" against a woman's chest. I can fully respect breasts that are natural AND I fully respect a woman's right to enhance her breasts. Both are a wonder to behold.
Nurse Karen's nude scene is one of the all-time greats regardless of what was or wasn't done to them.
I'm not inferring that hers were enhanced, but there ARE indeed cases where breast jobs in fact give a woman greater sex appeal and greater outer confidence in her own looks. Kaley Cuoco is a prime superstar example. She has confessed to having hers done years ago and she loves them. And I can see why! You can see "before and after" pictures of her and they are much more prominent now. Yet very proportionate to her body shape. I believe they said she was a "strong B" prior to enhancement and is now a "modest D / full C"

So breast jobs DO work for many women. And, in my eyes, only makes them sexier. Just being honest.

In a smart alecky way. And like I don't know about Goodle, anyway. But, I don't care enough to look myself. I'll just go on thinking Karen has the best movie boobs. Fine with me.
