It's Southern Cal. Windows have to be small so burglars can't just break them and climb in. Small windows, less breaking and entering. Sadly, that's what you have to contend with everywhere. Esp. California.

Thanks! I just got back from another trip to LA. I got the Marshall's u-turn and the rest of the Halloween III trick or treat montage locations. I should have them up in the next day or two.
