I just bought an old Vestron Video edition of Night of The Zombies a.k.a. Virus a.k.a. Hell Of The Living Dead for a few dollars a few hours ago, and I'm happy to add it to my collection. =D A friend of mine has another edition of it from another video label, but i don't remember which. In any case, i probably love this zombie movie more than i should, and i prefer it over anything that, say, Romero has made in recent years!

I think the late 90's re-release on Creature Features had the same art. I paid $20 for a new copy at Hastings and the clerk looked at me like I was insane. Maybe I was but I still liked it!

I think the Creature Features VHS cover had a shot of the zombie priest. A publicity still, not a scene from the movie, as he's scowling on the box but is grinning in the movie when he turns to face the camera.
The Creature Features release is the same print as Vestron Home Video's was. It even has the same video tape crease during the opening credits. This same print was later used on the Cydonia DVD, as it has a copyright 1996 Creature Features title card at the end.

That was a different release. The Creature Features version has the "Gates of Hell" style zombie with it's arms outstretched and a few others behind it.

The only cover I ever encountered for this was the Vipco Vaults of Horror back in the last decade. Proper freaked me out!

Yeah I remember always looking at the same covers over and over in the horror section in the 80's as a kid and I always saw this cover. I never watched the film until a couple of years ago during my b horror film quest.
