        IMDb has always been big in the film industry. (Remember the 'b' is lower case). I would say it lost some clout when it closed its boards though.

                Yeah imdb is taken much more seriously now and the site has gained more trustworthiness since they dropped their message boards. Imdb does not wanna be associated with filmboards and I thought that was because filmboards was a copy right issue, but that probably wasn't the real issue. The real issue had more to do with nimda being homicidal. I didn't know nimda was a homicidal maniac until recently.
