What happened to the men of the Marshall who committed mutiny?

They, after all, wanted to let a superior officer die, who only wanted to uphold the law they also had a duty to protect, a marshall that some drug dealers wanted to kill in the hopes of replacing him by a more "friendly" marshall.

According to the Doctor's line, most of them were going to call in sick rather than openly refuse to help. You'd have a tough time proving in court that they had mutinied - you can bet their families would testify that they really were sick, and plenty of others who'd used the same excuse would say that there was a bug going around and most everyone was sick.
So they probably got away with it.
